| The National Executive Board under Article 13(e) shall appoint the following committees within three months from the date of the fresh National General Council Triennial session and subsequent election of the National Executive Board:-
1- Organizing Committee
2- Credentials Committee
3- Education Committee
4- Trade Union Rights Committee
5- Legal and Dispute Settlement Committee
6- Economic and Social Policy Committee
7- Women Committee
8- Youth Committee
9- Special Committees
